At ordzon, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.
Return Window
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- All tags must be intact and the item must be in its original packaging
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required
How to Start a Return

Please do not send any items back without contacting us first. We work with multiple suppliers and return instructions may vary by product and location.
If your return is approved, we will send you the return address along with detailed instructions.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We’ll evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care items (e.g., beauty or hygiene products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item (if eligible), and place a new order once the return is approved.
EU 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to return it within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
The item must be in unused condition, with tags and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
We will notify you once your return is received and inspected. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10–30 business days.
Please note it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.
